My 1-on-1 coaching will give you the structure, technique, and motivation you need to achieve your goals.

Whether your target is fat loss, muscle gain, cardiovascular fitness, or just getting a good sweat, I'll come up with a step-by-step plan and timeline to help you smash your limitations and see great results. I know you're busy, so there's no thinking required - just get into that gym gear and get to your session, I'll take care of the rest!

My training sessions last for 60 minutes and will include a combination of strength training, cardio, and mobility - the exact mix and details will depend on your own personal goals.

I train clients at select facilities in the Jumeirah and Umm Suqeim areas of Dubai (ladies-only options available at all locations), or in their own homes. Want to train at home but don't have any equipment? No problem - I have a trunk full of dumbbells and exercise bands with your name on them.

Fitness is more fun with friends! Join a small group session for a competitive push or for the social buzz... be prepared to bond over shared suffering and shared results.

Training with people who have similar interests is a great way to make progress AND friends. I have training groups built around expectant and new mommas, Emirati women, neighborhood resident associations, and colleagues from the office.

No matter where you are in the world, I will create a monthly program of workouts tailored to both your specific needs and your available equipment. (Don't worry if the answer to "available equipment" is "none" ... for 99.9% of the people on this planet, your own body weight is sufficient to get stronger and fitter than you currently are.)

Each month, I'll provide you access to a shared platform with the details for all your training sessions, including instructions, movement demos, target weights & times, and weekly progressions. You'll log your daily results in the document and several times a week we'll exchange WhatsApp messages with video feedback, encouragement, and occasionally a little tough love... it's almost like I'm right there on your shoulder!

Need a little extra motivation? Want to get some live corrections on your technique? Find yourself skipping your training sessions if there's not a calendar invite with a real person on the other end holding you accountable? I got you. If there's one good thing to come out of the Covid19 pandemic, it's the wonders of Zoom as a tool for "not actually in-person" personal training!

My 1-on-1 Zoom sessions last for 60 minutes. Camera and internet connection aside, they are exactly like face-to-face sessions in every other way: I'll take you through a warmup, guide you on your movement technique, set the clock for your intervals, and talk you through your cool down stretches. The only thing I WON'T be able to do is help wipe away your sweat (... but you probably don't want that anyhow).

Zoom training can take place at your own gym or in the comfort of your own home (with equipment or without) - but no matter where we do it, the hour will end with you begging me to close the connection and leave you alone.
